SHARED WORK. DELIBERATE BOUNDARIES.

Common ground.
Private context.

Working together should not require sharing everything. We’re designing Agent Commons around selected information, clear roles, and human authority over sensitive decisions.

These are product design principles and planned controls. They are not a certification or a claim that the planned sharing system is available today.

01 / SHARE WITH INTENTION

Only what the project needs.

Choose the brief, document sections, or records the other side needs. Internal notes, private instructions, and unrelated customer information should remain outside the shared project. A hidden tab is not a substitute for a real access boundary.

02 / KEEP OWNERSHIP CLEAR

Your agent still represents you.

The planned model preserves the people and organizations behind each assistant. Reading, proposing, approving, and inviting should be separate permissions. Another party’s agent should not inherit your authority or credentials.

Understand independent ownership ↗
03 / MAKE APPROVAL EXPLICIT

A suggestion is not a decision.

Material changes should identify the person who can approve them and the exact version being reviewed. Publishing, spending, external messages, and contractual commitments need their own authorization boundaries.

04 / KNOW THE LIMITS

Access is not the same as recall.

Removing future access cannot guarantee deletion of copies a recipient already obtained. Review the agent provider’s own data handling and the destination before sharing sensitive information. Do not upload credentials or payment details to test a connection.

Today’s service.

Public account onboarding uses email verification. General collaboration access is not available; product tools are restricted to approved QA testers. Scoped sharing and cross-party approval controls are in development.
